DMCA Policy

Alegre Group LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), operating SaveClip, respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws.

1. Our Position on Copyright

SaveClip is a tool that facilitates downloading of publicly available content from third-party platforms at the user's request. We do not host, store permanently, or distribute copyrighted material.

Key points about our service:

• We do not upload or publish any content.
• Downloaded files are temporarily cached and automatically deleted within 1 hour.
• We do not index or catalog any copyrighted material.
• Users are solely responsible for ensuring their downloads comply with applicable laws.

2. DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work is being infringed through our Service, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated DMCA Agent.

Your notice must include:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
2. Identification of the material that you claim is infringing, including sufficient information for us to locate it (e.g., the URL of the content).
3. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature (or the signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner).

3. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Please use "DMCA Takedown Notice" as the subject line when sending your notice via email.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent. Your counter-notification must include:

1. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled, and the location where it previously appeared.
2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
3. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which Alegre Group LLC may be found.
4. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the access of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the Service or terminate the ability to use specific URLs if any user is found to be repeatedly infringing copyright.

6. Good Faith

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Please do not make false claims.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
